● About the Mission
The Compass 360 Mission
Compass 360 Missions exists to engage, equip, and empower Zambian communities — breaking the cycle of generational poverty through education, trades, skills, and leadership development. We work alongside each community to assess needs, identify resources, and build toward lasting sustainability, transforming hearts, minds, and futures along the way.
The Three Pillars
-

Engage
Real change starts with relationship. We engage Zambian communities where they are — building trust with local leaders, families, and chiefdoms, and listening to what they need most.
James 1:22–25
-

Equip
We equip communities with practical skills — from agriculture and trades to leadership training — partnering with local experts to build knowledge that lasts beyond any single harvest or program.
James 1:26–27, 2:8, & 2:15–17
-

Empower
Empowerment means people no longer need us. We help Zambian families build the tools, confidence, and opportunity to provide for themselves — and pass that forward to others in their community.
James 2:22 & 4:10, Titus 3:14
● About the Mission
Project Focus Areas
-
From early literacy to secondary schooling, we support education initiatives that give Zambian children a foundation for their future — including facilities, teaching materials, and skills-building programs like Camp Pathway. We also invest in agricultural education for local farmers, partnering with experts to teach sustainable farming practices that help families grow more, sell more, and build lasting independence.
-
We connect youth and adults with hands-on trade and vocational training, equipping them with real, marketable skills in agriculture, construction, and small-scale industry.
-
We invest in future leaders through mentorship, ministry training, and community leadership programs — helping Zambians lead their own communities toward lasting change.
